When I receive an offer, I will sit down with and explain all the details and all of your options. I will negotiate in your behalf until we reach an agreeable contract.

Once under contract, I will monitor the progress of the purchase and sales agreement while working towards the targeted closing date. I will represent you at the building inspection and through the appraisal process. I'll help coordinate the closing to make sure all documents are ready for your signatures.

Most important of all, I will still be here after the closing to answer any questions that may come up regarding your property.
