Things a Buyer should think about before getting started:
If you're already have a working relationship with an agent, I do encourage you to continue working with them. However, if you haven't found the right broker yet, I'd like you to consider me in your search for a new home.
Working with just one broker whom you trust and like makes the buying process easier, quicker, and more successful. Knowing that you have hired me to find you a home, and that you'll be loyal to me, I promise to make you my top priority. I will spend time getting to know you, your wants and needs, and your goals.
I will work diligently to not just to find you a home, but will be there with you from beginning to end. I will help you through the financial process, the purchase and sales agreement negotiating, the building inspections and the closing. And most importantly, I'll still be here after the closing to answer any questions that still arise, or help direct you to service providers you may want.
